The hostel consists of basement, ground floor and first floor, on the ground floor we can find the Reception, living room with a small kitchen and support bar and a total of 19 rooms all with private bathroom. The first floor consists of a further 24 bedrooms with their respective bathrooms, which totals 43 bedrooms throughout the unit.

In the basement there are support areas such as the laundry, changing rooms for employees and storage rooms for storage.

The Porches region was famous and important. Land known for its famous wine, land of clay, potteries and great masters. Skilled hands continue to shape the clay, keeping this centuries-old art alive.

With the increase in tourism, the pottery of Porches became prosperous.
